At DhandaNyoliwala, we aim to deliver every order accurately, securely, and within the estimated timelines. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through our official store are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

1.1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
1.2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
1.3. During high-demand periods (including festivals, limited drops, or restocks), processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified via email or SMS.
1.4. Pre-orders (including vinyls or limited-edition merchandise) are shipped only after the official release or availability date mentioned on the product page. In case of production or logistics delays, updated timelines will be communicated via email.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

2.1. We currently deliver across India only, using trusted logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, and other reliable courier services.
2.2. Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Other locations: 5–10 business days

2.3. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
2.4. Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1. Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, product type, and order volume, and are displayed at checkout.
3.2. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

4.1. Tracking information and courier details will be provided once the order is shipped.
4.2. Orders can be tracked via the courier partner’s website or the tracking link shared with you.

5. Delivery Attempts

5.1. Courier partners typically attempt delivery up to two (2) times.
5.2. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
5.3. Orders returned due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated non-availability may require additional re-shipping charges before re-dispatch.

6. International Shipping

6.1. At present, international shipping is not available.
6.2. All orders are fulfilled and delivered within India only.
6.3. Any future updates regarding international shipping will be reflected in this policy.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

7.1. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
7.2. For vinyls or limited-edition merchandise, replacements will be provided subject to availability. If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
7.3. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner, DhandaNyoliwala is not responsible for theft or loss occurring thereafter.
7.4. We will assist with courier investigations wherever applicable.

8. Packaging Disclaimer

We take special care in securely packaging all products, particularly vinyls and fragile items, to ensure safe delivery.

Minor packaging dents, scuffs, or surface wear caused during transit that do not affect the functionality, usability, or playability of the product are considered normal transit wear and do not qualify for replacement or refund.

9. Address Accuracy

9.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout, including PIN code and contact information.
9.2. DhandaNyoliwala is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
